GREGORY F. GILMARTIN is revered by his peers as a brilliant architectural designer. Among his design credits at PPA are many of our most important commissions including Drumlin Hall, Rowdy Meadow and 151 East 78th Street, an 18-story apartment building in New York’s Upper East Side.

Gregory worked at Robert A. M. Stern Architects while pursuing his studies at Columbia University in the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation. He contributed to several RAMSA projects and co-authored New York 1900 (Rizzoli, 1992) and New York 1930 (Rizzoli, 1994). Known for his draftsmanship, Gregory’s drawing is included in Contemporary Architectural Drawings (Pomegranate Artbooks, 1991).Gregory is also author of Shaping the City: New York and the Municipal Art Society (Clarkson Potter, 1995).
